GreenStep Sign is Up!

Stillwater has made it to the big leagues of sustainability by being recognized as a Minnesota GreenStep City last year. The state has given us our sign that's up now at the south entrance to Downtown. What is Minnesota GreenStep Cities? It's a voluntary program to help cities achieve their sustainability and quality-of-life goals in areas like transportation, clean energy, green business practices, protection of our environment, and more. We are the citizen advocacy group officials say is essential to make these goals a reality.
