Green Business Directory Application

The Greater Stillwater Area Green Business Directory Application Program recognizes and promotes businesses that lead in sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our newly designed, self-paced online application guides businesses step-by-step through critical sustainability topics, including energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, sustainable purchasing, employee engagement, and community involvement. Each section includes reflective essay questions that allow applicants to thoughtfully showcase their sustainable practices. Once completed, responses are reviewed and scored by our Green Business Directory team, with a minimum of 150 points required for certification. This streamlined, interactive process offers unlimited time for businesses to demonstrate their commitment to creating a greener, healthier community. Certified businesses are featured in the directory, gaining visibility and recognition for their leadership in sustainability.
