Sustainable Stillwater MN continues to urge city officials to get more of their power from solar. Meetings held over the last few months between Buff Grace of Minnesota Interfaith Power and Light, Sustainable Stillwater MN's Don Schuld, IPS-Solar, and City Zoning Director Graham Tait are part of an effort to encourage the city to invest in more solar rooftop technology or solar farm subscriptions. At the July planning meeting, according to Graham, staff will discuss increasing their use of solar with City Administrator Tom McCarty.
