Join Sustainable Stillwater MN for The Power of Climate Storytelling, a special evening featuring personal storytelling, thoughtful conversation, and film as we explore how our experiences and connections to place influence the way we think about climate, community, and one another.

Through engaging presentations and discussion led by Jothsna Harris and Arian Tomar, participants will reflect on their own relationships with the environment and discover how sharing personal stories can build understanding, inspire hope, and encourage collective action throughout the St. Croix Valley.

Jothsna Harris - Jothsna Harris specializes in climate storytelling and community engagement. Her work focuses on translating complex environmental issues into human-centered narratives that help people connect emotionally to climate solutions and inspire action.

Arian Tomar - Arian Tomar uses filmmaking and cultural storytelling to explore environmental issues and community resilience. His work elevates diverse voices and perspectives within climate conversations while helping audiences connect through shared stories.

Whether you're deeply involved in climate work or simply curious to learn more, you'll leave with a new appreciation for the role storytelling plays in creating stronger communities and meaningful change.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, giving attendees time to grab a beverage, connect with others, and settle in before the program begins. Participants in the Valley Climate Action Week Community Bike Ride are encouraged to ride directly to the event.
