About Event
Curious about cooperative living, downsizing, or sustainable community practices? Join Zvago Stillwater Cooperative for an Open House on June 22 and explore a welcoming 62+ independent living community designed around connection, convenience, and low-maintenance living. Guests will have the opportunity to tour a variety of homes and floorplans, explore beautiful shared spaces surrounded by nature and wildlife, and learn more about how cooperative living supports an active and engaged lifestyle.
The event will also highlight the community’s ongoing recycling and waste reduction efforts, with opportunities to ask questions and connect with on-site experts. A downsizing specialist will be available to help attendees navigate life transitions, while the property manager will provide additional information about the cooperative model and community amenities. Refreshments will be provided throughout the evening.
As a member of the Greater Stillwater Area Green Business Directory, Zvago Stillwater Cooperative is committed to integrating sustainable practices into daily operations while helping create a healthier and more connected local community.
Those interested in attending can pre-register through Zvago Stillwater Cooperative Open House Registration.
Sustainable Stillwater MN is proud to support Green Business Directory members that are finding meaningful ways to incorporate sustainability into their organizations and community spaces. Zvago Stillwater Cooperative demonstrates how housing communities can encourage environmentally responsible habits through recycling initiatives, shared resources, and community-centered living.
This event also creates space for important conversations around waste reduction, downsizing with intention, and aging in place within a supportive local environment. By helping residents and families explore lifestyle choices that balance comfort, connection, and sustainability, the Open House reflects many of the values that guide SSMN’s work throughout the Greater Stillwater area.
