About the Event
Learn to bring new light to old lamps at this hands-on Lamp Repair Workshop! Join Washington County staff and skilled Fix-It Clinic volunteer Fixers on Tuesday, March 18, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wildwood Library in Mahtomedi.
During this free workshop, participants will gain practical knowledge of basic lamp repair techniques, including troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing sockets, switches, and cords, and safely rewiring a variety of lamp styles. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a complete beginner, this class will equip you with the skills and confidence to restore your lamps to working condition. All necessary parts will be provided for demonstration and practice.
