Help Make the Valley Eco Fair Happen: Volunteer With Us!

Spring is on the way, and we’re getting excited for the 4th Annual Valley Eco Fair, happening Sunday, April 26, from 11:00–2:00 PM at Pioneer Park. Hosted by Sustainable Stillwater MN, this free community event celebrates sustainability during Earth Month and brings neighbors together to learn, connect, and have fun.

But events like the Valley Eco Fair don’t happen without the help of dedicated volunteers—and we’d love for you to be part of the day.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are many ways to help, and we welcome volunteers of all ages, interests, and experience levels. Some of the ways you can get involved include:

  • Assisting with youth activities

  • Helping with event set-up and take-down

  • Welcoming and directing visitors

  • Taking photos during the event

  • Supporting hands-on sustainability activities

  • Even serving as our Eco Mascot!

No experience is necessary—we’ll provide guidance and support where needed. If you have another idea for how you’d like to contribute, we’d love to hear it.

Sign Up to Volunteer

If you’re interested in helping, please take a moment to fill out our Volunteer Interest Form so we can learn more about your interests and follow up with details.

Other Ways to Support

In addition to volunteering, you can support the Valley Eco Fair by considering a sponsorship or helping spread the word with friends, neighbors, and community groups.

Most of all, we hope you’ll come celebrate with us. The Valley Eco Fair is a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbors, discover new ideas, and celebrate the many ways our community is working toward a more sustainable future.

It Starts Right Here. We can’t wait to see you there.

With gratitude,

Sustainable Stillwater MN
