About the Event
UMN Extension Master Naturalists in and around Stillwater will spend National Public Lands Day at 3 locations in Stillwater to inventory existing plant diversity as a baseline for future plant diversification efforts. The event starts at 9:00 am and finals reports will be sent by 3:00 pm to the University of MN Extension Master Naturalist Program. Those reports will be shared with Sustainable Stillwater MN to enhance collaborative activities with the city to strengthen plant diversity for ecological stability and public enjoyment.

If you are not a Master Naturalist, you can help us by staffing an event site to check in Master Naturalists who show up at that site. Our 3 event sites September 25 (9:00 am-3:00 pm) are
- Lily Lake Park Greeley entrance by walkout pier;Â
- Croixwood Open Space Trail at 716 Nightingale Blvd.; andÂ
- half a block south of the Greeley/Churchill Street intersection on the west side of Greeley Street
