Green Business Member, Sara's Tipsy Pies, is on the Move!

Congratulations to Green Business Directory member Sara's Bake Shop, which officially moved into Brine's Market & Deli on July 14, creating an exciting new chapter for two beloved local businesses.

The partnership brings together Sara Hayden's award-winning baked goods—including the famous Tipsy Pies, pastries, donuts, and seasonal favorites—with Brine's long-standing commitment to quality, local food, and exceptional customer service. Better yet, Sara and her talented team will continue creating the handcrafted treats customers know and love while expanding production in their new home.

The move is already proving to be a sweet success. Since Brine's began carrying more of Sara's baked goods, sales have skyrocketed, with the bakery selling more of its top four products in just 10 days than it previously sold in an entire month at its former storefront.

The timing couldn't be better. As the team settles into its new bakery space, they're also preparing for one of Minnesota's biggest traditions—the Minnesota State Fair—where Sara's Tipsy Pies serves up to 1,000 pies every day.

At Sustainable Stillwater MN, we love celebrating businesses that invest in our local economy while strengthening our community. This partnership is a wonderful example of local businesses working together to preserve a hometown favorite, support local jobs, and create an even stronger destination for residents and visitors alike.

Congratulations to Sara Hayden, the entire Sara's Bake Shop team, and everyone at Brine's Market & Deli. We can't wait to stop by for a slice (or two)!
