Help us make Mission: Possible – An Evening of Climate Action, our biggest fundraiser of the year, an unforgettable success!

On Thursday, October 30th, we’ll gather at the beautiful JX Center in Stillwater for a night of inspiration, community, and commitment to a greener future. But to pull off this incredible evening, we need your help.

Your time and energy will directly support Sustainable Stillwater MN’s local projects —making our community cleaner, healthier, and more resilient in the face of climate change.

Volunteer Roles We’re Looking to Fill

If you’re ready to pitch in, here’s where we could use your skills:

• Silent Auction Item Pickups Collect donated items from generous businesses and individuals in the Stillwater area before the gala.
  

• Event Set-Up (3–5 PM) Help transform the JX Center with decor, table arrangements, and silent auction displays.
  

• Silent Auction Monitor (5–8 PM) Keep an eye on auction items, answer guest questions, assist with our bidding app, and help winners collect their items.
  

• General Assistance Serve as a greeter, lend a hand wherever needed during the event, or help with take-down after the festivities.
