Whether you're a Green Business Directory member, a sustainability professional, or simply curious about innovative green buildings, this is a unique opportunity to see sustainability in action.



Discover Sustainability Beyond the Scoreboard

CHS Field isn't just a beautiful place to catch a baseball game—it's also a model for environmentally responsible design. During this guided tour, you'll learn how the LEED Silver-certified stadium incorporates energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and other sustainable practices that help reduce its environmental impact while creating a world-class experience for visitors.


You'll also hear the story behind the ballpark's development and gain access to areas that most fans never get to see.


Along the way, you'll:

  • Explore behind-the-scenes areas of CHS Field.

  • Learn about the stadium's sustainability initiatives and green building features.

  • Visit the City of Baseball Museum.

  • Discover how sustainability is integrated into the operation of a major sports venue.

  • Have the opportunity to visit the Saints clubhouse and take photos on the field (subject to team schedule and field availability).
