What the Energy Action Commission Does

The Energy Action Commission plays a vital role in implementing Stillwater’s Energy Action Plan, developed in partnership with Xcel Energy through their Partners in Energy program. The commission is made up of local residents, businesses, city staff, and community leaders who collaborate to:

  • Educate residents and businesses about energy efficiency and renewable energy opportunities

  • Strengthen energy resilience across Stillwater

This is hands-on, community-centered work—and being part of it means helping Stillwater lead by example.
