Ride Together, Then Celebrate at the Bridge the Valley Kid Zone 2026

This summer, families have even more reasons to join the excitement at the Bridge the Valley Bike Rally!

On Sunday, August 9, 2026, riders of all ages are invited to participate in the 5-mile Family Fun Ride, an accessible route designed to make cycling enjoyable for everyone—from young children to grandparents. Once you've crossed the finish line, don't head home just yet. Be sure to visit the Bridge the Valley Kid Zone, hosted by Sustainable Stillwater MN and open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Located within the After-Ride Festival near the Lift Bridge and the scenic St. Croix River, the Kid Zone will provide a welcoming space where families can continue the celebration together. Young riders can look forward to interactive activity booths, games, and hands-on fun while parents enjoy the festival atmosphere.

Planned activities may include bike or spoke card decorating, safety-themed trivia, face painting, games, prizes, and other family-friendly surprises coordinated by Sustainable Stillwater MN volunteers.

The Kid Zone reflects our commitment to making biking joyful, accessible, and sustainable for the next generation. By creating positive experiences around cycling, we hope to inspire more families to choose active transportation, explore their communities by bike, and discover just how much fun sustainable living can be.

The festivities don't stop there. After your ride, enjoy live music, refreshments, and beautiful views along the St. Croix River while connecting with friends and neighbors during one of the region's premier cycling celebrations.
