Downtown Stillwater is one of our community's most treasured destinations, and in the coming years it will undergo a major transformation. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is beginning the planning process to reconstruct Main Street (Hwy 95) in approximately five years, and they want to hear directly from the people who know and use downtown best.

At Sustainable Stillwater MN, we believe community voices should help shape the places where we live, work, and gather. A well-designed downtown can support local businesses, make walking and biking safer, improve accessibility, and create a more welcoming experience for residents and visitors alike. That's why we're encouraging our community to participate in MnDOT's Downtown Stillwater Visitor Survey.
The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and asks about topics such as transportation, parking, sidewalk design, pedestrian safety, accessibility, and your overall experience downtown. Whether you visit every day or only a few times a year, your perspective can help influence future improvements.
Survey responses are anonymous, and participation is completely voluntary. By sharing your thoughts now, you'll help ensure future decisions reflect the needs and priorities of the community.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to help shape the future of Downtown Stillwater!
